You can track your order through the 'My Orders' page in your account or using the tracking number sent to you.
If the Jmaa is not completed, the full amount paid will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
You can update your delivery address through account settings or by contacting customer service.
Orders can be canceled before the Jmaa is completed. Once it’s completed and confirmed, cancellation is not possible.
